Light needed at intersection?

It is, indeed, sad that three people have been killed at two intersections in Los Olivos in the last year and a half.

Two were on motorcycles; one retired from the Highway Patrol and one still serving.

The two intersections where these accidents have occurred are dangerous. These deaths prove that. Visibility is an issue.

The last accident was just waiting to happen, for one literally goes from a state highway, to a steep bank, to a "T" intersection in the course of 30 yards.

Is it time for traffic lights?
