Santa Maria Town Center officials announced Wednesday its newest tenant, Steve & Barry?s University Sportswear, which features inexpensive casual wear and university apparel.
The 26,600-square-foot store is expected to open in November on the mall?s second floor, near Gottschalks and the future site of the movie theater, said Steven Watts, mall general manager.
BWe consider this a one-stop shopping spot for the entire family,C Watts said.
Santa Maria Mayor Larry Lavagnino said he was excited for the new store because it was part of the city?s downtown revitalization effort.
