Rincon promotes Daulton in SLO
Rincon Consultants Inc., a Ventura-based environmental sciences and planning consulting firm, has promoted Richard Daulton from senior planner to principal and operations manager of the firm’s San Luis Obispo office.
Daulton has been employed at Rincon for nine years and has been an environmental and urban planning consultant for more than 14 years.
He has conducted California Environmental Quality Act and National Environmental Policy Act projects throughout California.
He has extensive experience in planning and technical environmental analysis and possesses special expertise in economics, a company spokesman said.
He has managed a range of projects with Rincon, including environmental impact reports, general plans and elements, specific plans, permit applications, regional transportation plans, environmental site assessments, biological resource studies and land market analyses.
In his new role, Daulton will oversee all operations in the San Luis Obispo branch office, which houses a staff of 15 professionals.
