Four promoted at Community Bank

Four promotions at Community Bank of Santa Maria were announced recently by Jim Glines, president and chief executive officer.

Camille Edie was promoted to senior vice president for loans, Pamela Johnson was promoted to vice president-human resource officer, Stacie Money was promoted to assistant vice president for loans, and Keith Pierce was promoted to assistant vice president-credit service officer.

Edie first joined the bank in July 2005. She has more than 22 years of banking experience and is involved with community outreach, most recently serving as president of the noontime Rotary Club of Santa Maria.

Edie has been a strong supporter of the Santa Maria YMCA where she holds a variety of positions, including being a member of the board of directors and facilities chairman, and is a key supporter on the Sustaining Campaign.

Johnson is certified through the Society of Human Resource Association and has been active on the board of directors for the Santa Maria Human Resource Association for many years.

Money started her banking career with Community Bank of Santa Maria in 2002 as a loan assistant and new accounts representative.

She subsequently moved into the Credit Department as credit service officer and credit analyst.

She has a degree from Hancock College and attended Cal State University, and is now involved with the 2006-07 Leadership Santa Maria Valley Class.

Pierce, in his first year at Community Bank of Santa Maria, has a degree in finance and economics from California State University, Sacramento, and years of management experience in an environment focused on customer service, said Glines.

He is currently president of the Hancock College Boosters Inc.

Community Bank of Santa Maria, the only bank headquartered in Santa Maria, opened for business in March 2001 and employs a staff of 44, including at Lompoc Community Bank, a division of Community Bank of Santa Maria that opened for business in June 2005.
