Gray is right for 4th District In the upcoming election for 4th District supervisor, I believe the incumbent, Joni Gray, is the right choice. If it isn't broke, don't fix it. I have gotten to know Supervisor Gray as a small-business owner and as a member of a community group to revitalize Old Town Orcutt. Her door has always been open, and her extensive experience has proven to be invaluable in getting things done. Joni is a vital member of the current Board of Supervisors that works well together. Joni's personality and leadership has helped guide this board into being cohesive. Joni's strong ties to the community give her focus on what is best overall for our community. She can't be everything to everybody, but anyone who claims they can, deserves the vote of the fool. Joni's staff has an enormous amount of experience that our 4th District has come to rely on. Alice Patino is a key player on Joni's team, and has proven to be extremely capable in dealing with complex and multi-faceted situations. The more informed you are, the better chance Supervisor Joni Gray has at being re-elected. Visit her Web site at www.jonigray.com, and see why she is committed to your community, family and future. The only other choice I would consider would be for Orcutt to become incorporated and have Joni Gray be the mayor, City Council and city manager. After all, she has all of these responsibilities now.
