An accident in the making

We saw particularly interesting events outside of a FoodMaxx on March 15.

While waiting in the parking lot, we both saw a male senior citizen in a BMW SUV almost cause three accident in a span of 15 seconds.

He first almost ran over a pedestrian who was trying to cross the street. The male driver honked at him.

Then he ran a stop sign and cut off a truck that had the right of way.

Finally he ran a second stop sign, cut off yet another truck and almost caused a chain reaction involving five cars waiting to turn left at the light.

We believe this is a prime example of the dangers of having senior citizens drive and that stricter measures should be taking place to ensure all of our safety.

Sure they have a right to drive, but the rest of us have a right to be safe on the road.
