The property boundaries are generally West Park Avenue to the north, Buena Vista Park to the east, West Morrison Avenue to the south and the Center for Employment Training facility to the west. Estimated Cost of Project: The total estimated cost of the whole project is approximately $1,700,000. Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in the amount of $295,536 from Fiscal Year 2006-07 will be used to help finance the dining room/kitchen facility project.
