ANNUAL INVITATION FOR CONTRACTORS BID LIST

NOTICE is hereby given that the Lucia Mar Unified School District, in compliance with Public Contract Code Sections 22000-22003 and 22010-22050, has implemented the California Uniform Public Construction Coast Accounting Act, and hereby invites contractors to be included on the District’s Constructions Bid List by submitting a Contractor Prequalification Form, obtainable at the reception desk at the District Administration Office, 602 Orchard Street-Arroyo Grande, CA 93420. Forms may be mailed upon request by faxing your request to 805-473-5594.

Contractors who have submitted bid forms to the District in the preceding year need only to submit the above information if changes have occurred since their bid forms was submitted. A contractor may have his or her firm added to the District’s Contractors bid List at any thime by providing the required information.

Please submit the original copy of the Contractor Prequalification form by February 28, 2007 to Mr Kevin Baker, Lucia Mar Unified School districtk 602 Orchard Street, Arroyo Grande, Ca 93420.
