2.ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 34 (SIGN REGULATIONS) OF TITLE 12 OF THE SANTA MARIA MUNICIPAL CODE, Z-2008-001, E-2008-008. The City Council will consider a recommendation from the Planning Commission regarding a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact and an ordinance amending Chapter 34 of Title 12 of the Municipal Code relating to sign regulations.
Information regarding Items 1 and 2 are on file in the Community Development Department, 110 S. Pine Street, Suite 101, 925-0951, ext. 244. Copies of the staff report regarding this item will be available for public review in the City Clerk's Office at 110 E. Cook Street, Rm. 3, the Reference Section of the City Library at 420 S. Broadway, and on the City's Web Site at www.ci.santa-maria.ca.us on Friday, May 16, 2008.
